I have been training with Stephen for the best part of a decade now. He works me hard & keeps me fit. He also looks after me & knows how to manage my capabilities in the gym. All whilst having a good laugh along the way. I am 35 and fitter than I have ever been in my life with a resting HR in the 40’s. Being a keen cyclist/runner/general all-round exerciser, I was beginning to have problems in different areas of my body muscular wise. After seeing both my physio and Stephen, he worked with me on improving my stability, mainly from the core but all areas. He focussed strictly on my flexibility due to cycling especially hip flexors etc. Stephen really concentrated on what was important to me as an individual and targeted the areas I needed improvement in, in order to get better and less prone to injury doing what I wanted to do. I have learnt a lot from Stephen especially on the longevity side of things, I know what to look for, know what areas to train and also know how to recover better. Stephen’s a great PT, good guy, would recommend to anyone.
